  2. More Vegetables & Salads
  3. More Fruit & Water
  4. More Vinegar
  5. More Chewing
  6. More Action at work
  7. More Giving and sacrifice
  8. More Sleep ,thats minimum 6-8 hrs
  9. More Walking and jogging
  10. More Laughter and enjoyment
Well these are just general tips we can use , no rocket science in it as they call .You can either use them all in your daily routine life or just any of them.

I totally agree with number 10... tis one of the reasons I'm trying to get into comedy. I think comedy can be used as an effective cure for certain problems (especially depression!).
